SOURCING SERVICE

Generally, our customers are able to navigate the vast array of profiles we stock to find what they are looking for; however, this is sometimes a difficulty job, especially with a unique project. We are able to help, based on a visual of the profile shape.

The easiest way is for a picture to be taken of the end profile and emailed to kaye@phoenixtrim.co.uk with dimensions, where it is fitted and how it is attached. The more information we receive the better the chance of finding a suitable profile. We will then send you samples to check for suitability prior to ordering. We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction on every purchase.

We send out up to 3 samples (1” long) to an address in the UK mainland free of charge. If more samples are required, longer length samples or the address is outside of the UK mainland we do make a small charge. Email your requirements and address and we will notify you of the cost.
